How we are built of?
Operations of the Myor Pahad troupe are subdivided into two domains named aftere-nurseryandg-troupewhich are dyed-in-the-wool for educational and cultural awareness respectively among next-gen chaps.e-nurseryis dedicated to work within the state, each member in the hierarchy is responsible for the said conscientiousness. On the contraryg-troupeis actively operating in Delhi; mutual collaboration of both the domains is sustained to accomplish the troupe’s common mission.E-NURSERY
What ise-nursery?
- this is the domain of energetic brains who wish to share their knowledge and experience by organizing on ground workshops in various parts of Uttarakhand, emphasis is been given to computer and science education.
- core members use to collect the used books from various interested donors, which later on been offered to the poor students during seminars and workshops.
- core members visiting their respective villages/nodal centers use to organize small scale awareness programs with the help of local folks by means of troupe’s ready to carry presentations and LCD projectors whenever necessary.
What is board of mentors and it’s role
It comprised of dedicated intellectuals in the filed of education, research, sports, management and various other fields who suggest the mode of action and execution to the core members to work towards the common goal of Myor Pahad. Energy of core members combined with the experience and knowledge of respected mentors has facilitated us the optimized easy route to move towards the common vision of the association.
What is executive committee and it’s role?
It is the team of core members responsible for the execution of the program on ground. Each executive member participates in the discussion forum/ group meetings and comes up with a common scheme to furnish the task on ground. EC members always keep updating the board of mentors with the contemporary happening and progresses. These members visit the various part of Uttarakhand and organize workshops/donates books/provide career counseling to the underprivileged children.
What are the resources fore-nursery?
Resource team works on the financial and possession aspects. Team looks after the stay, accommodation and transportation of the core members. Financial status, data management, communication between all sub-domains and public relation aspect is been dealt by the team. Preparations of all presentations, their easy to use alteration and to make them available at each nodal center are the additional responsibilities of the team. For seminars, all the hardware (laptop, LCD projectors) and software are been provided by the resource team.
What is Nodal hubs?
Nodal hubs are meant to uphold back and facilitate the local support to the executive team members. Nodel hubs comprise of our respected local mentors, who provides the information on contemporary scenario of the place been chosen for the practicum, help in gathering the local mass and motive them to attend the workshops and seminars. Interested non members can directly contact them for any social activity to be taken for the benefit of the underprivileged students, which would be back supported by the resource team.
What is the focus ofe-nursery?
We are not aiming any kinda revolution, yet we hope to provide the education awareness among underprivileged children to the best possible as a team. Our primary concern is centralized at computer and science education. Our targets are interior schools, anath-ashrams, sponsored hostels and villages of respective members. We wish to understand the confined difficulties therein and provide the right solution accordingly. Role of our nodal hubs is undoubtly substantial and we hope for the best accomplishment of our aim. Energy and hard work of core members combined with the experience and knowledge of respected mentors eased us to successfully release one folk album named after “Myor Pahad” and a book “Uttarakhandi lokoktiyaan” under the banner of creative Uttarakhand Myor Pahad association.
